Mobi The Anatomy of Evil with FREE PDF EDITION!

This book was much less informative than I had hoped. I am a writer and was hoping to research the psychological complexities of what would cause someone to commit evil acts. I read for hours, took breaks and would come back to it and all the book consisted of, to the point which I read, was rapid fire recitations of evil acts that the author categorized in his own "levels of evil" ranking. This was not helpful to me at all and I can't understand why this content would interest anyone. It's possible that the motivations and drive behind evil acts do make an appearance later in the book but after spending so much time listening to horrific act after horrific act in rapid fire succession ending with the author assigning the crime a number, just wasn't at all what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I gave it enough of a chance that I let the return window close. So I'm stuck with it. I did enjoy the introduction to the chapters with excerpts from Dante's inferno. That is about all that is useful to me from this book. Sincere apologies to the author, who doubtless spent years of research and time categorizing these crimes for this book. Hopefully, it is useful to some others out there. Unfortunately, they were not presented in a way that was interesting or useful to me.
